- Account Information: We collect your name, email address, and denomination to personalize your experience.
- Ministry Content: Data you input, including sermons, sermon notes, and prayer requests, is stored securely to provide the Service.
- Usage Data: We collect anonymized metrics on how features are used to improve the platform.
2. How We Use Your Data
We use your information to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Sanctuary platform.
- Process subscription payments via our secure payment provider (Stripe).
- Generate content suggestions using Artificial Intelligence providers.
3. AI Processing & Third Parties
Sanctuary utilizes Large Language Models (LLMs) such as OpenAI to provide sermon assistance and biblical insights.We do not use your personal sermon data to train public AI models. Data sent to AI providers is strictly for the purpose of generating your requested content.
We share data with trusted sub-processors:
- Supabase: For secure database hosting and authentication.
- Stripe: For payment processing (we do not store credit card details).
- OpenAI: For AI content generation.
4. Data Security
We implement industry-standard encryption (SSL/TLS) for data in transit and at rest. Your ministry content is accessible only by you, unless you explicitly choose to share it.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You may export your sermon library at any time. To request account deletion, please contact support.
